Mission and Objectives of the ALF Italian Network

The National Network is devoted (1) to promote the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership at national and international levels; (2) to foster Anna Lindh Foundation’s activities through sharing its vision with the other ALF 41 networks and the ALF Secretariat; (3) to develop joint activities at the national level among its members, in line with the objectives of the ALF Network Development and ALF Action Plan, in the framework of the ALF Network Support Programme; and, finally, (4) to organise training or project development programmes for its members.

The Head of Network of the Anna Lindh Foundation in Italy

The Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs – under the Foundation’s statute in coordination with the ALF national network – appointed the Italian Network for the Euro-Mediterranean Dialogue (RIDE-APS) as the ALF Head of Network in Italy, in view of both its recognised experience and know-how in the areas of intercultural dialogue and networking, and its international credibility.
